Well, beautiful caterpillars, the dormant season is over, spring is here. NOW it is time to go through the channel of unfolding, in the undiluted knowing that you will reach your full potential. 

Dear Truth Seeker,

It has been a long time since I posted anything here. I’ve had difficulty getting into my blog site and was unable to publish. I took this as a sign and kept quiet. And as I traveled inside, I found it to be a very busy space for a while. I realized, that I had placed so many of my dreams and intention there, but didn’t take time to nurture them to make them flourish and grow. Well, what perfect timing! Spring is here! And what a wonderful time it is to open the windows of our soul, shake and pick out which was stored away. Breathe in the fresh- and newness of the moment and its countless possibilities. Prune what needs pruning, and from what I can tell, this year is asking for a hard prune. The new sprouting’s that we are witnessing, are often just the residue of our old habits of thoughts, word and deeds and might not fit us anymore.  So don’t be afraid to cut back what’s binding you to your old beliefs. Be aware, where and how to prune for the most efficient outcome. Don’t cut yourselves too short either. You may cut off a new empowering belief that is still in its infant stage and needs all your attention and fertilization. Whatever you do, greet every day, every moment, every new growth and every breath with the excitement and the newness that it deserves.

I’m so very excited to tell you that we have a new and exciting guest speaker that will speak on this topic more in depth.

Anyway, I also wanted to remind you of our upcoming Holiday Gathering, this Friday from 7 t0 10pm. Everything is pretty much the same,  just a bit more interactive and festive.
Please this time do RSVP and let me know, what you are bringing as far as a program you wanted to share with the group, how much time you  will need and if you are bringing something to  sell, barter or share with the group. I also would like to know this time what are you going to bring as far as food and drinks. We have a Meditation planned, so I would like to ask you not to eat or drink before the Meditation.

Another Reminder:
Try your best to stay centered during this busy time! Take the time to breathe and be clear what you want in your daily experience. Remember YOU ARE LOVE AND LIGHT, emanate this light within you! It has never been more important than now. Also remember what ever is happening on the outside of you, is just telling you where you are on the inside. If others are negative, judgmental, sad, negative, depressed or angry, don’t fight it or get upset about it. Breathe and give yourself space to see where you are truly are, recognize the feeling within you and then focus on gratitude and what you want to see in your life. You will feel the shift happening faster and faster into a more well being feeling. The more you do it the better and easier you/it will become to transform your emotions, moods and attitudes instantaneous. 
I know, I know, I have said these words so often already, but I know that I need to be reminded of it, and I’m sure so do you.
We are all in this together, as we heal our self, we heal our families, our communities, our country, this world and yes the universe.

REMEMBER YOUR SOUL’S SONG

The Holiday season has started. At this time I would like to remind you of your soul’s song of joy. Thanksgiving, the first one of the holidays here in America opens our heart to gratitude. We become aware of what we are truly thankful for, and en-joy and appreciate our family and friends. Hanukkah is celebrated as the festival of Lights, which reminds us of the light we hold within. The Advent season was always meant as a time in which we turn inward and to connect  to the  joy of our Christ self – our limitless and innocent Self.  Throughout the last few centuries and the growing commercializing  of this time, we have lost a big part of that. As we now have entered into the Aquarian age, we’ve become aware of our increasingly awakened state of consciousness and gently being nudged to return inward and once again return to this Soul Song of joy. I believe that, in a fully awakened state , the Soul song of Joy will be our permanent experience.

This brings me to our

Holiday Truth Seekers Gathering which will be on Friday, December 16th from 7 to 10pm. (Please notice the later start.)

As we’re moving from Ego consciousnesses into Unity Consciousnesses; I would like to invite and encourage you to be an active part of this celebration. Please think about something that you could add to the program. Examples: Poems, Stories, Songs,  Meditation, Skit etc. Allow your imagination to come up with something that would feed our soul’s song. This can be anything that puts a smile on our faces and warms our hearts. It all adds to the Spirit of the Season. It is not mandatory to participate in the program, but it would be highly appreciated. Once you know what you would like to share, please contact me and let me know, how much time and space you’ll need. This will give me the opportunity to put together a little program.

Furthermore, as I’ve mentioned in my last newsletter; people are experiencing temporary financial difficulties, (this too shall pass!) I thought it would be a great idea to share, barter or sell items with each other,all of which are are created by our very own Truth Seekers members. These items could be baked, crafted or whatever else feels appropriate. Please let me know what you would like to contribute an how much, so I can plan the space needed accordingly. Thank you!

When I received the email; “The new American Christmas…” from a friend a while ago, I felt that I wanted to share it. Further more, it inspired me to keep adding to it. I would like to invite you too, to share you ideas for Gift giving here with everyone else in the group.

Well, we all made through 11/11/11. I’m curious to hear how you spent this day. Mine turned out to be very different then I had planned. You know, I  wanted to visit with friends in VA to celebrate this Gateway opening together, but the universe had other plans for me. This trip was also going hand in hand with visiting our daughters selected, potential college of choice (VCU). The day before our departure we found out that there was to be a Marathon in Richmond VA, on Saturday and that changed our plans being with our friends on Friday. Since we only had 2 days available we had to see the college on Friday.

This was not easy for me to accept, because I was SO looking forward  spending this provincial time with my dear friends. After searching for other options, I finally surrendered and gave my higher self permission to take control. I then waited for the unfolding of this trip/ day.

11/11/11 started to be a glorious, bright day. My husband, my daughter and I were very cheerful and greeted this day with utter excitment and curiosity. We were laughing at some of the license plates in front of us: “Happy Day”, “Life ‘s gud”. Our senses were highened and we enjoyed each other immensely. At 10:30 am our campus our started. Elfe, our daughter, set the alarm for 11:11am. As her alarm went off, I was immediately connected to my group of Truth Seekers (as I intended before we left). I saw us all intertwined in the crystalline grid around the earth. We were enjoying each others connection and we were sending unconditional love to the earth and all its inhabitants. oh it was marvelous.

Continuing our tour and spending almost the whole day on campus, I felt elated most of the time. When 11:11pm neared, we were watching the movie; “The Notebook”. I found this to be very appropriate. I believe, as we enter into this new para-dem, it may appear to us, as an awakening from “forgetfulness” of what life used to be.  A life, where at the end only unconditional love will be able to connect us to the moments of the past, where true Love was present. Everything else may vanish, like it never existed.

Anyway, I spent the second time of 11:11 in bed, listening and participating with a live Meditation held in Peru, on my computer. It was a wonderful and very peaceful experience. I fell asleep, grateful to my higher self and its guidance throughout the day.

MOVING FORWARD ; I am looking forward to our next Truth Seekers meeting, which is around the corner. We are meeting this Sunday, November 20th,  for brunch from 11 to 2pm! Our Christmas meeting date will be either Friday the 16th or Sunday the 18th of December. Please indicate your preferred date by December 1st. My plan at this point is, to help each other and make this Christmas really fun and a united effort. Since many are experiencing temporary financial difficulties, I thought we could share, barter or sell items, that are created by our Truth Seekers members,  with each other. These items could be either be baked, crafted in any way, or whatever feels appropriate. This is just an idea, at this point. Your participation is not necessary to attend the meeting, but a suggestion. Let me know, what you think about that.

I also would like to invite you to assist in the program for this meeting. You are invited to offer information, a meditation, a song(s), a poem(s), or a story to make this a united celebration. A Celebration of moving from ego consciousness into unity consciousness.

As the time gets closer to the Gateway opening on 11. 11.11, I’ve been approached by many to facilitate a meditation or an event on that day.  I’m not going to do that. For right now, my plan is to go down to VA with my family, where I’ll spend the opening of the Gateway with a few very close friends there.  I’m going to connect with all of your energies there at the 11:11am and 11:11pm hours.

You may experience extreme symptoms lately and can’t make any sense of it. You may wonder how to handle yourself while feeling these changes occurring within your body. Knowing is power! Please read the information offered below and feel free to share it with anyone who might experience such sensations. Help them to calm and surrender into them, as these symptoms will only be felt temporally until we adjust to the new vibrations.

Symptoms of Light Body activations:

• Body aches and pains.
• Buzzing in the body
• Feeling of sadness for no reason
• Crying and Weeping we no apparent cause
• Sudden changes in Career
• Withdrawal from family
• Sleeping more or not able to fall asleep
• Absence of being challenged physically, ungrounded or disoriented.
• Intense Dreams
• Talking to yourself more or out loud
• Loneliness – a sense of being removed from others, even when in crowds
• Loss of desire and passion
• Longing to go home
• Intense energy moving through the body. Seemingly intolerable at times.
• Disorientation 3D is not the same your 3D eyes might seem strained at first. Not seeing too well. (It will clear up and more will appear than you ever thought possible.)
• Memory loss. The past is less significant.  NOW is important
• You see 3D and you see a greater range of frequency, i.e. 4D and beyond.(This is when you see ”Spirit” or hear music of spheres”.)
• Identity loss. (You are no longer the old you. Yet you cannot figure out WHO you are now!)
• Waking at 2 -4am or Sleeping 12 to 18 hours. Rest helps cells restore and slough off the old. Allow the rest without shame or concern. Go with it.
• Highly sensitive, easily over stimulated. Heightened awareness of everyone and everything.
• Much less tolerance to lower frequency gossip, violence, unkindness, addictions, etc. (High frequency beings are not attracted to self-serving agendas.)
• Loss of appetite. Or needing to eat frequently. Weight gain or loss, no matter what you eat. (It knows how to adapt itself to the change & will balance itself soon).
• Feeling sad, insane, and emotional or wanting to just leave it all and go “home”. This is a release of blocked emotions and can come from the heart chakra.
• You may hear your name being called, voices, sounds. (Your 5 senses are being fine tuned and your 6^th sense is opening up.)
• Feeling great anxiety or panic or both. (Old issues keep coming back and you feel lost. This is cleansing you and will find your way forward.)
• Hot flashes (men too). Night sweats. You are burning away the dross to become GOLD!
• Experiencing your worst nightmare and it seems you set it up. Passed away loved ones make contact with you. You can see or hear angels
• Astral projections you see light, specks, dots, balls, projectiles, orbs, webs, fields, auras
• You see from the whites of eyes & thru eyelids
• Micro and Macro vision big appears small and small appears big
• Realities blend – history comes alive or future right now!
• Empathy – you feel what others are feeling
• Psychic – can be very uncomfortable at first!
• Planetary Memory (Galactic & Universal come later)
• Life on Earth before reincarnation Memory
• Fetal Memory – integration into the embryo & life in the womb
• Connection – Reverence for all
• Onset of grief and anger – at human condition i.e., war, abuse, greed.
• Activity at the crown of your head, tingling, itching sensations running over your scalp. Feeling like someone is applying pressure on top of your head. – This is the crown chakra opening. Your are receiving divine energy/ inspiration through your crown.
• Feel the pain of beings & joy too! All beings & things become conscious for you – even the clothes in your closet, furniture and home come alive for you
• Direct cognition (knowing) spontaneous & gestalt (total)
• Manic Depressive – mood swings
• Ecstasy -spontaneous Joy
• Old labels no longer apply. Diseases are meaningless. These symptoms arrive in cycles and lessen with greater light body activation.
• Synchronicity increases. Synchronistic events flow as you are being shown that you’re on the right path. Number sequences, meetings, pictures, visions, music flow in your direction. These coincidences have great meaning & tie in with your thoughts.
• You know that you are not alone and that you are awakening.

All of these Symptoms are temporary.

• They represent the rewritings of the DNA as a result of increased light (consciousness) coming thru the improved light body system.
• The physical body is created by the light body. A healthy light body creates a healthy physical, emotional and mental body.
• Drink water.
• Allow the change
• Look forward to increased vitality on all levels of your being.
• Quit allows awareness and integration
• You are transuding frequency greater than 3D. It’s uncomfortable until you shift into capacity.
• Take more time for quit.
• Don’t feel guilty for unplugging.
• The old is leaving, you’re leaving behind behaviors that no longer serve you. Trust it.
• Breathe!
• You begin to view the whole world & all that it supports in a new way, a new understanding. Trust! You are feeling what truly “is’! Go with the flow! Trust!
• You desire to break free from old habits and restrictive patterns. Do it! Release the old so you may be filled anew!

These dimensional frequencies are moving through your light body and chakras system.
